Help with legit healthbars.

I am in Garena, i dont want to **** around with hacks and gamble my account, i just want to see all health bars without holding alt all the time... Any way i can do that legit in Garena?
As i recall there was some way to show them by editing some shit in the Warcraft folder or am i wrong.

LOL.. jus go to game options and tick a check box that says 'show healthbar'..PWNED!!!
